About us
El Cabanitas is a food distributor created to show the world the flavor of El Salvador. Francisco was a farmer in corn fields that came to America about 15 years ago with the vision to bring the food of Central America. In the past 5 years Francisco open a Salvadorian restaurant that helped him to start his dream, but he wants to spray his typical food. In 2017 he started working with the local super markets and restaurants, now it is all over New Jersey.
The main product is Tamales de Elote (sweet corn tamales). Is a mix of flour, gritter corn and butter; cooked and wrapped in corn husks
